What services does LEVY Health offer?
LEVY Health provides:
– Reproductive Health Assessment that can evaluate up to 65 fertility-related diagnoses.
– Creation and sending of lab orders to Labcorp or Quest through API integration
– Interpretation of lab results
– Free 20-minute counseling session to review results
How long does the Reproductive Health Assessment take?
It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
How many biomarkers are being tested for?
The number of biomarkers tested depends on your menstrual cycle regularity:
– 5 biomarkers for regular menstrual cycles
– 9 biomarkers for irregular menstrual cycles
How long does it take for my results to come in after I go to the lab?
On average, lab results from Quest or Labcorp are received within 2 weeks.
How much does it cost to use LEVY Health?
The cost is $199 including all lab tests.
Do I need to pay anything at the lab or provide my insurance information?
No, the cost you paid LEVY Health will cover the labs you are having done. Therefore, please inform the lab to bill LEVY Health for your labs.
Can I use my insurance for LEVY Health services?
Unfortunately, LEVY Health does not currently accept insurance; all services are self-pay.
